Listen to the sun!

In one of my previous posts I encouraged you to listen to the sun. You might have thought that is a metaphor, haven’t you?! It is such NOT a metaphor!!!! And I will tell you why!

Many early cultures have originally seen the planets and stars as divine, but very unfortunately we have lost this perception somewhere in time and science.

Of course there is nothing bad that the scientific knowledge has advanced, apart of the fact that instead of adding on top of what was known already, scientists of all types have taken themselves a little too seriously and ignored our ancestors knowledge.

They might think that the Universe suddenly decided to have a Big Bang and form our galaxy and then in that chaos some dust and gas gathered together and formed the Solar System with its planets and other celestial bodies. But I wonder if they see the perfection of our Milky Way Galaxy!

Do they really think that has been formed by accident just by some bum, bang and accretion? Do they really think that the planets orbit the sun by accident? Do they really think those radio sources, tidal forces and all the other massive forces present up there CO-EXIST in such harmony just by accident? That each of the planets have kept their orbit for thousand and thousand billions of years by pure accident?

I really do not know what they think but I certainly know that however much the scientific knowledge has advanced our galaxy has not stopped being a mystery to them and the latest example is the planet Mercury – thought to be of a dull grey-brownish colour, it actually proved to be a beautifully colorful one, as was reported by the mass-media a couple of days ago.

But never mind, we are not talking about scientists and scientific knowledge here. We are talking about simple and beautiful matters of the heart, about love and truth. And I would like to tell you how the sun look like when you look at it from that perspective.

“1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome[a] it.

There was a man sent from God whose name was John. He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.

The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognise him. 11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.”

That says the Bible about Jesus Christ in “The Word became flesh” chapter, John 1: 1-11.

Now please read again this little Bible extract putting the Sun instead of the Word and you will understand why the stars and planets were seen as divine by our early early ancestors.

And you will understand who Jesus Christ was before he was sent to dwell amongst us to try to make us as beautiful as him and live our lives in the way Mother wants us to live them, to the full.

We, mankind are many, of many faiths, some of no faith, some just observing some faiths, others in between some faiths but after we come to this understanding, rejecting The Son – Jesus Christ – is in my opinion just like when someone – the sun/son – brings gifts to our door every day, we take the gifts each time, but never invite that person in.

Does my “Listen to the sun!” still sound as a metaphor to you? It might sound like that to your mind, but please let your heart have a say on this matter. Your heart is the only one that knows the way to the truth, to the light.

So, in the meantime you do that and I will try to find some words and tell you about the supermassive black hole that exists at the centre of our galaxy, in the Sagittarius A* area. It has remained a total mystery to the scientists but lucky me… I am not one of them!

LOVE, and do what you like everybody! But take it exactly in that order, love and then do what you like. Any other way simply does not work!

A LITTLE NOTE: For a better understanding I would like to tell you my dear reader that my blog – thank you very much indeed for reading it – gravitates exclusively around a fundamental truth and matters related to it. This post and none of the recent ones would make complete sense unless you read at least my first post “…where life is fair and beautiful”. Thank you!

My Valentine’s Day present…

…to  you! My belated Valentine’s Day present to  you for I was not much into communicating with people these last a few days so it was a bit difficult to get it started.

I know, Valentine’s Day has primarily a romantic connotation but when comes to love nothing is wrong or too much in my opinion. And there isn’t any LOVE DAY – brotherly love I mean now – when we can give flowers and little presents to one another in the street. And let the love be all around.

So, until we get to implement the LOVE DAY nothing hinders us to extend the meaning of Valentine’s Day to brotherly love.

Is not much, is just a quote, two verses from the Bible but to me is like a sacred secret I am sharing with you. Some words that have been always before us but we never seen them!

They encapsulate the essence of this blog, that fundamental truth my blog dearly talks about. And is unnecessary to say that the sooner our hearts get to understand it the better will be for us all.

17 ’We will certainly do everything we said we would: we will burn incense to the Queen of Heaven and will pour out drink offerings to her just as we and our ancestors, our kings and our officials did in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. At that time we had plenty of food and were well off and suffered no harm. 18 But ever since we stopped burning incense to the Queen of Heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, we have had nothing and have been perishing by sword and famine.’ Jeremiah 44:17-18

It is a little  present for those who have not got to read it yet and a reminder, I hope a nice one, for those already familiar with the Bible… because if you buy roses for yourself for you love them and somebody offers you some roses, those offered are just lovely reminders, aren’t they?!

I hope you will stop for an instant and let your heart think about it!

LOVE, and do what you like!

The State of the Union Address

I have just learned that the US President is delivering his annual address to his people and  I was curious if the main thing they need  to find out has been included in his speech.

I have sent them an email from The White House website. It reads:

Good evening,

Just wondering if Mr. President has included the fundamental truth in his State of the Union Address.

If not, then maybe some inspiration from my blog may prove of a little help for an appendix to his address.

To visit my blog please follow the link below:

Thank you,

Other US President, Mr. John F. Kennedy, amongst other wise things said Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or the present are certain to miss the future.”

…and he was shot before too long.

So if you notice no further activity on my blog… you know why! 🙂

Only joking! Do not worry my dear reader, this is a story with a HAPPY END and we are all in it! You just…

LOVE, and do what you like!

Not only words.

Remember? I promised you a photograph yesterday. There it is!

It is a beautiful bright J shining in the sky. It happened last summer.

When the right time comes I shall tell you the whole story about it. This is just a little clue for now because I said in my “That was the truth. This is the news.” post that is going to be proved that much waited for Messiah is the beautiful Jesus Christ indeed. I did not want you to think I stated that just because I am a Christian and that is my belief.

I apologise for its very poor quality. That’s because my phone is a poor classic Nokia by 7000 series I believe, 2.0 mega pixel… so cannot ask more from it, can I?! And then the trees in front of my window were not of much help either.

But I can send the photo in JPG format to anybody interested to have a more detailed look at it. I suppose that some clever software can show only the brightest parts and then you can see that huge and beautiful J more accurately. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me if you would like to have the photo in a JPG format.

Thank you everybody and

LOVE, and do what you like!

Hear everybody but listen to your heart only!!

The fact that a Pope is to resigns for the first time in over 600 years is a huge historic point itself. And because  it is a pretty completely sudden move that blames deteriorating health with no prior health deteriorating warnings makes the fact itself a little of a quite shocking huge historic point to many people.

Generally at this sort of times everybody gets talking about the matter at hand, either in private, public or both. Here I am making no exception to the rule! 🙂

But like I said it in the title… Hear everybody but listen to your heart only! Or not even to everybody. Just listen to as many as your nerves can cope with. Where is the point in exhausting our nerves?

Antoine de Saint-Exupery  in his little but so adorable “The Little Prince” says  “One sees clearly only with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eye”. And I would add that what is the essential is invisible to the mind too. The mind cannot see (understand) it either!

But the main problem with us is that we forgot to listen to our hearts at least from time to time, especially at important moments in life.

However, do not rush into blaming yourself too much my dear reader. We have been intentionally and permanently kept busy and made to have a busy lifestyle so we would not have time to listen to our hearts.

But do not rush into blaming the leaders from modern history either. Saint Augustine said Men go abroad to wonder at the heights of mountains, at the huge waves of the sea, at the long courses of the rivers, at the vast compass of the ocean, at the circular motions of the stars, and they pass by themselves without wondering. And he lived some 700 years ago.

So we can only get to a sad old conclusion… there is nothing new under The Sun.

What WILL  be new and is wanted from us to understand is Sun’s attitude: however ugly our hearts might have got, The Sun rises for us every single day. And shines upon us either we are good or not that good sometimes.

More than that when we are a little sad and go on a blue sky sunny holidays or even get to a sunny point, close our eyes and let The Sun embrace us,  it lifts our spirits high up and makes us smile again.

Make the The Sun your role model, listen to your heart and get inspired. Because what else is inspiration if not “Divine guidance or influence exerted directly on the mind and soul of humankind”?

And why for the sake of Sun’s generosity to each of us and us all won’t you “add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. “

That’s not me. I wish I would be able to put the words into such perfect order. That’s 2 Peter 1; 5-7. Many preached about it but too few and too randomly practiced it. Therefore even more did not get to understand it. But if you look at The Sun, HE has them all. And shows them to us every day.

You only need to let your heart imitate The Sun and then you will start to shine yourself.

Did I say to hear everybody but listen to your heart only? Think I did! Told you earlier that my mind is all over the place today! Make a little exception to that… always listen to The Sun too!!

Thank you so much everybody!

LOVE, and do what you like!

P.S. Sorry it was suppose to add some little pieces of truth to the main one, this is what I said earlier on. But my heart does not listen to me at all the time and made me talk more about love rather than truth tonight.

I cannot understand myself my heart sometimes, but I follow it as I know can’t get too wrong. Hope you do not feel that I got it too wrong tonight, but if you do please let me know and I will ask my heart why did it make me talk about all these tonight?! Hmm. Hearts are some curious yet beautiful things!

So please pardon me, I shall get back to you with those little pieces of more truth by tomorrow I suppose. One of them is a photograph.

Just to say…

Thank you to those who already liked my a few minutes old post and… should any of you want to follow me on Facebook or Twitter, please do not press those two buttons as they are not taking you anywhere. Is too much talking over there, not my way on matters of faith I am afraid.

Those button come all three together and if I deactivate that option than people cannot follow me on WordPress. I like being pressed on W, its a honour for me and I thank you all once again!

I apologise for any inconvenience created by my not working Facebook and Twitter buttons and I hope that if any of the editors read this little post they would do something about it. Thank you!

Pope Benedict XVI resigns all at a sudden. Life is full of coincidences!!!…. :)

It was a great “phew” for me to get all that off my chest the other week and share it with you eventually. And I take this opportunity to thank you all so very much for your interest and for following my blog.

There are so many more thoughts I would like to share with you and wanted to do it at the weekend, but I just could not find my words. I was just going in a circle. And when it comes to mind matters circles are such annoying shapes. At least to me. They always take us nowhere. And on top of that drain lots of energy out of us.

The problem was that I did not know if to tell you a little about me or to carry on sharing with you more about what I started to tell you on Friday.

The news about the shock resignation of the Pope showed me what I would have to do and in fact did three quarters of the job for me.

So all I would have to do is adding some other little pieces of truth to the main one I told you already about; just to give your hearts a little more terrain in contemplating these highly confusing news  that are swiftly developing in front of us at the moment.

I hope that those news are highly confusing to many out there but not to you though, because you  got to get this information before many others. There is nothing we should be confused by, things are just following their right way… eventually.

I keep thinking about the past, I live with all my heart   this unique historic present times but more than anything I look forward to the day when all these will be left behind and when we all will start to enjoy the great enlightenment era that is just about to begin.

I think I may have to finish this message here. I do not know what exactly the problem is – it might be the present or the thought about the future that is getting my mind so excited at the moment – but I simply cannot focus on “talk” with you. So sorry about this!

…or it might simply because faith is more of a feeling rather than a talk, has nothing to do with the mind, with the verb I believe. But totally with the heart. With I feel. My heart might need a little quite time just to feel.

I reckon that if we would had let our hearts feel The Scripture rather than our minds believe in them probably we would have understood sooner messages  like this one:

“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Roman 12:2

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I’ll be back a little later on. Promise. Meantime please do not forget to…

LOVE, and do what you like!
