Meditation explained by a Buddhist monk

I found this clip today and instantly felt I have to share it with you. It is so clear and so useful:

I left a little comment on that website and I would like to share that too with you:

quote

Crystal clear and brilliantly presented but if we like to go all the way up and make our meditation truly fruitful – so that our higher self, our planet and all around could benefit from it – we need to add the key ingredient: KINDNESS

There is a fact you already know:

MEDICATION helps at healing your body, at least most times.

There is a fact you will know after watching this clip:

MEDITATION is mind’s MEDICATION.

So, if we heal our bodies, then our minds and like to go further – to heal our spirit and help it grow – then THE ONLY WAY IS KINDNESS!

Ancient people knew this and passed the information on to next generations through the sign of Swastika – which literally translates “to be good” – but these guys who have pestered and ruled our planet for such long time “helped” us at not understanding that; and then made it a Nazi symbol hoping that the Western cultures would never regard it positively once again.

Seems to be about shearing today, so thank you very much for sharing your time with me! 🙂

Love, and do what you like everybody!

Cristina

A LITTLE NOTE: For a better understanding of what this blog talks about I would like to tell you my dear reader that my blog – thank you very much indeed for having a look around – gravitates exclusively around a fundamental truth and the matters related to it. This current message and none of the recent ones would make complete sense unless you read at least my first post “…where life is fair and beautiful”. Thank you!
